Real Feelings explores the rapidly changing relationship between technology and emotions. The works of the 20 artists inquire and show how technology today represents, manipulates and changes our emotions.
Our world is flooded with digital technology and these devices have literally become extensions of ourselves: humanlike robots are used in healthcare, sex robots are compensating for the shortcomings of human relationships, smart devices are listening to our conversations and taking care of our needs – we are communicating more with our technology than with each other.
